A preliminary report of
investigative findings will be prepared for claims or litigation
support, on request, within 24 hours of the time the
activity is complete. Complete telephone and fax communications
will be maintained at the request of Claims or Litigation to
keep them properly informed. A complete report including photographic evidence and copies of supporting documentation will be provided within 10 working days. Electronic submission of all reports is an option. All our photos are in digital format and are available by request on CD ROM. |
